I remeber had this problem when i downloaded game on release day in forum compressed version (mediafire link) i think there is problem when you check and uncheck all major choice in setting.
Clear cache file in game folder and test it again maybe it will work.
I didint test that way i just redownloded game (compressed version) from other site(mega link) and everything was fine.

first please answer to Bibifoc

then try this : Shift+O
in the console : watch filthy

if an integer is displayed so the variable filthy is correct, the problem is somewhere else
if you have 1735591537540.png so create the variable
for example : $ filthy = 200
1735591893492.png
then : unwatch filthy
then : exit

click to reach the choice menu ('Do It' or 'Not...') and try again

however if there is a variable problem it's maybe you save or the version of AWAM as bibifoc suggested.

I don't know if you can fix a bad writer. The game has been pretty much all over the place since the beginning. Imagine this same VN without the visual quality and tell me if so many people would be interested in it.

I'm afraid you're mistaken, my dear O Lord Paolo! It might be misleading but his problem has nothing to see with the filthy variable.

The "filthy" from his error is a tag used to display the filthy gain when choosing an option in a dialog menu. The most up to date code can't end with this error.

So either he uses a modified version, or maybe he unzipped the new version in an old version folder :unsure:

Everything is fine. I just broke the screens file. :)

The game should be renamed as A Helpful Wife... because Awam is no longer... Sophia is not even seen in her house anymore, she has an amulet to attract unknown perverts and she gives herself to them. This game goes through stages, now for example straws. It's as if Sophia went out into the street with a straw sign for everyone.
