I wouldn't worry. Worst case scenario, his patrons move to Subscribestar, which currently has no restrictions on incest or underage content for fictional characters. IIRC, he was going to start encouraging the transition after the next update anyway.

If he has issues with Patreon about his novel, and he insists or encourages members to start using Sub. Star. How many members of his have Credit Cards to make the switch? I don't know if a majority of his members use PayPal or another type of payment method that Patreon uses but Sub. Star doesn't. If a majority of his members pay with Paypal, well that may pose a problem. As many of them may not have access to another form of payment.
The only solution I can think of is AHC/Bank transfers or Pre Paid CCs.

Perhaps it will not be a bad thing for us a switch to subscribestar, when L&P wanted to collect more patrons at the beginning, he did faster updates.
Although, It will be a bad thing for him of course.

The way I see it as is that he wants to make Sophia a real woman and not just a character in a porn game. A woman with a life will have interactions with lots of people as days go by.
From the way he writes his dialogues it does give the feel that he is writing more of a novel. The emphasis of describing scenarios, thoughts etc is a quite a bit. It can be considered as a novel being adapted into a visual novel scenario.
Frankly these fill-in characters don't have much of scene. Like the guy Brayden from the spa event didn't even make it to the next club event. The numerous students, they are more or less included to actually make it look like a class.
In most cases the characters are there because logically they should be, not because they need to have a scene with Sophia. That's why it's never bothered me.
At the end of the day. His real problem is his speed. All characters would have interactions with Sophia sooner if he was fast. Even a pace of 15-20 renders a day should be enough for him to complete the project in decent time.
