The developers know how to create atmosphere this is an area so many others fail and story line is interesting I want to see what happens next and I like the Italiano vibe.

This does not answer my question. But I guess the answer is that there is no agency and it's just an ongoing story to follow like a TV show.

Just like another player just above your first comment realized, even if you reject Thomas, the story will evolve as if you had interacted with him. I think the options are just there to see or avoid some dialogues or scenes, but overall the story will be the same (specially for some characters or part of the story).

Is this game abandoned? Hopefully not but becoming the norm with these NTR type of games....eg. Watching My Wife, Project Hot Wife, Wife at all Costs.
IIRC the dev said he's focusing in his other game Girlfriend or something similar because it's more popular between players/patreons. Once finished, he will resume this one.
I believe that these developers hit writer's block or something of the sort with these VN. Once the female MC has been corrupted it becomes difficult not to fall into the standard cuckold situations or stereotypes. Even well written ones like Couples Duet cannot escape this dilemma. 'Okay, what now?'
Having written several of these cuckold/swinger erotic novels as a hobby, the same has happened to me where you hit a point where it is difficult to move forward. In one case I left a work half finished for a year, started writing another story, before resuming the half finished work. Of course, we fans are impatient and want to see a rapid progression of the story..........hence the dissatisfaction and misunderstanding. To me if a story is not believable or relatable, it is just fantasy and I lose interest and I know most following it will feel the same way.
