my two cents that I know this isn't the place to get it to the dev...but someone on here might be in the patreon/discord so who knows:
I have two points I would kind of like to see. first up is plot/path where Jenna gets redeemed in finding that Salim took control of her and corrupted her to this point and MC gets a hold of it and the in game devs include a loyalty option. That would explain why she would try and "help" but the app had made it the poisoness kind despite he base intentions.
The second is in reguards to people asking for a walkthrough or only going down x or y paths, perhaps a kink selector or path warning that allows them to choose how far down the rabbit hole of what is not their "yumm" they go. There are hints of that in game play but is it not universal or not explicit enough. Such as I went down the path of trying to keep the wife loyal and go Harem for the MC but all of a sudden after the last update QoS chat added on her phone and club events I don't think I triggered. At the very least didn't mean to trigger. I know we're late enough in the game that it would be a chore to even go back into the code and make the variables easier to identify so we could fix it ourselves with console commands or save editors, so making it easier for us to not get there where we need those avenues would be nice.

I found this game to be a mixture of delight and frustration. Most of the "kinks" that intrigue me were present in one form or another, with corruption and cuckholdry being the main two features. The frustration came from the game-breaking bugs which would render hours of game-play useless. Unlike many sandbox-style games, you don't have to run all over a map at specified times in order to advance the plot. In this case, using your cell-phone does everything. That's a unique angle. However, if you miss a cue or a step, you're often blocked from advancing the story which needed a previous scene to be unlocked.
The main character's wife is the focal point of the game. She starts out as loyal, conservative and moral, but is slowly corrupted by her husband's interference/encouragement and her choice of friends. What I found bizarre, however, is that toward the later stages of the game, she continually said that she would not cheat on her husband, and yet she was cheating willfully with several men by that time. It's not game breaking, but it is distracting. Kudo's to the developer for picking an absolutely gorgeous model for the MC's wife. I just wish at some point in the game she'd stop whining about cheating and just give it her all. And the same thing with the MC. He enjoys the thought and the sight of his wife with other men, that is the key aspect of being a cuckhold. But even though he encourages her to cheat, he objects to her cheating!! Again, not game-breaking, but very distracting. Why waste all your time corrupting your wife and exposing her to these situations and then cock-block her at the same time.
Looking forward to future updates and there are enough twists and turns to make this game replayable just to see what might have happened if another choice had been made.

In the wife and Greg path, she said she will tease him and take it slow. But she went from footjob to creampie. Did my game bug? And does she report back to husband like she said she would? It didn't happen in my game.

One of the things that gets me is there is no reduction in stats option. If Jenna is a constant push to corrupt the wife, then I should have options to hasten her corruption or I should be able to use my influence via the app to try to reduce it. Not only does this allow for a potentially loyal spouse while you fuck around, but it makes it a battle for control.
As it is, the only impetus to ever corrupt the people dear to you is to play the game.
Clearly, the App Devs have their own agenda that doesn't necessarily align with the MC or Salim. But since everything only proceeds in the direction of "worse". Which is fine, it doesn't purport to control anyone so much as spy, but it's definitely implied that you can protect as well as corrupt. You can even, sort of, break Christina of her BBC interest... though even after she has her "It's not for me" conversation with the wife, she still is written into BBC corruption events. I expect that's just a work in progress.

I have spent hours and hours playing through this time, and I agree with a lot of the other suggestions our members have made
At the moment the paths seem to be a bit jumbled up. I think the dev would do well to work solidly on the paths and not worry about trying to bring out a new update with new content. (I suspect his first love is ntr and sissification, and I am not complaining about that!! Not only do YOU get to sissify yourself, if you want to, but you also get to do it to someone else which is incredibly rare in that genre so thumbs up for that)
Further to the suggestions already made, I would liek to see more control over hypno spam, so for example with the sissy, I would like to be able to specifically send him for example bbc spam to hasten the maxing out of those stats, same for the mc and other players, so being able to maybe select from a check list and update it from time to time.
Another addition that I think would be good is for example when a certain threshold of combination of stats example: hi feminization, bj, maybe a few new kinks come pop up like encouraging gay sex. even if the mc doesn't act on it it would be nice to watch him get into it, along with the mental turmoil it would cause. for example when jenna is asking the mc if he likes this particular picture of a cock and the mc replies no, I don't blah blah, I would like the option to respond as the player not just read mc's response from a dialogue hard coded in
