Anyone know what I am doing wrong, after I talk to the elf in the bar the game tells me to go to the second floor, but there is nothing up here.

You have an impregnation percentage in stats, if it's higher than 100% you get knocked up.

AFAIK, the pregnancy was a game over with the tentacle encounter, but I could be wrong.

- Adding steam overlay and cloud saves.
