The male protagonist will be raped in some occasions if you lose a fight. There's even an item that allows you to kill yourself to make this easier.

If the female character gets fucked in the story, their NTR level goes up. You can increase everyones NTR level right before the finale by going to the park and selecting the heroine whose NTR level you wanna increase, but thats only available like right before the endings (and is recommended you do the less NTR endings first since going for the Loss ending locks you out of the normal one)
