Just finished Episode 6, and I have to say that I was disappointed in it. If you chose the path where you wanted to be with Megan and Melissa, then the ending is essentially the middle finger to you. It basically begs the question of why the Megan/Melissa route was put into the game.
This has been a great story, but it just seems like there is way too much drama being placed in it to the point that the story quality has diminished. Honestly, it feels like I just watched a soap opera episode where a character is killed off to supposedly add shock value but in the end just feels like a waste of script. I will play through the remaining episodes when they come out, but I can definitely say that this is no longer my favorite game on here, and I am thinking about avoiding giving some money to fund it where I had been thinking about doing so.

can anyone suggest game like AL/DMD/Melody? Basically just a visual novels like they have a different path in game to choose with different consequences also a lot of pretty models (not like the other game which is some of the model were creepy AF with the joker smile and creepy eyes) Thanks!

During the hospital scene with Leah I'm not offered the choice to go with her and miss Liam's chemo? According to the walkthrough I should have a choice I don't have.

I just got AL recently and got around to finish one ending, it's a good game.

As others have stated, the renders are consistently between good and great, and the humor works. And I enjoyed how the acting was incorporated into the story, makes really good use of the medium. But what happened to the writing? After we meet Edna (who I mistook for a mannequin at first), it kinda veers off. It's neither easy and fun to read, nor is it giving off those serious vibes that were very well executed with Liam. I don't mind the ending so much since the whole atmosphere started to feel drab to me, with events that seem to come from a typical porn game plot all of a sudden. But if the story isn't a nice read and the sex isn't there if you didn't take a particular path... Personally, Megan is sweet but felt more like a girl to me than an adult, so being tied to her throughout wasn't a big help either. The one thing she does is grounding everything and tying it together.
With this ending it almost feels like Jonas might be best off taking a long trip from all of them with Hedwig and see how that pans out ^^

Of course it's not unrecoverable or the worst thing ever, barring the last part it's still flying high and above the most
stuff that crops ups usually.

I finally started this up and while I am optimistic, I do get bored with clicking through scenes with little or no dialogue. I'm hoping this is just the early stages of the dev "warming up" and once this gets rolling that type of thing will cease.

Renders are excellent though. Characters seem likeable so far.

Haha... I'm so many things these days, so who knows?
Been barely in touch with the site for quite a while, and catching up I noticed that the quality of games significantly improved since last year. That's kind of amazing considering that it seem mostly stuck before. I mean, there's still a lot of... oldschool stuff floating around but more and more seem to breaking out of that mold. And man, when you find those in their later stage of development, it can be a thing of beauty.
