Have you tried Being a Dik it's from the same dev. And not all games have a Leah may be about one or two but most others you'll be safe.

This game is amazing and baffling that it is on a fetish porn sight! Absolute grade A writing and frankly totally lost interest in the pervy scenes a quarter of the way in! Kudos to Dr Pink cake!
Awesome! I started this game like , " ok, another fap game" but, omg!!! This is a master piece! Im sure if DPC makes a censored version with no porn at all , his work will reach a lot.of more people.
I had a lot of emotions playing the first time, ( looking for a great story loving 2 girls and dreaming will be posible to finish good at the end...)
Noe i have a lot of endings to feel , and im really excited about ! Wish i can find a happy one with Melisa , and another with Rena ( my favorites).

If you are looking for games that are like this the only real closest ones you will get is Depraved Awakening and CoBD by Philly games just like DPC they are very story rich and are really well done.

I have been playing games like this for a not long time. But it was something fantastic, both in looks and story. I enjoyed every moment, but tears welled up in my eyes in one-two places!

Well it looks like I've found the game that turns me from a perpetual lurker to someone who actually posts! But that's how much I loved playing through Acting Lessons. Melissa is exactly the kind of character I'd normally go for and I played through making the same choices I'd normally make in other games - wow do I regret that now! It's the first time I've really had that feeling of regret and found the choices really had major consequences, it was so unexpected and refreshing. I can't wait to play through again having learned my lesson to get the happy ending (and all of the others too).

Pretty much the reason I'm actually posting now, haven't tried Acting Lesson yet (downloading it right now), but played the 4 episodes of Being a DIK, and damn, it's weird playing such a game where I don't have the urge to 'you know what' (even though the scenes are very well done, and characters are just damn beautiful), that I play for the story and the character development... there were some situations that really twisted me inside.
You won't regret it.

I know exactly what you mean, I got so invested in the story and characters (even the ones I thought I wouldn't like) that all the sexy stuff came as a very, very nice bonus!
It sounds like Being a DIK has some similar heart wrenching moments, I can't wait!

Midway through the Story I stopped fapping, got something to eat, took a shower and continued the game for the Story alone xD
It is very very rare to find such a well written story in a supposedly porn game. Just sayin'
Most of the Characters were well thought especially the ones close to the MC... like Liam...oh boy did I love Liam.
My first playthrough was like having fun with every girl but then I noticed how fucked up it gets and I was like "oh hell no" and loaded up a previous savefile.
The only thing that sucked is that you need to decide lategame during the fire but I guess that adds to the overall experience DrPinkCake wanted to convey.
Other than that ....lets be honest the Sexscenes were pretty vanilla and mediocre but all in all this was ok. If they weren't in the game I would never have picked the game up.
All in all salute to the devs you did a fine job I really enjoyed my time in the game and I am looking forward to playing "Being a DIK" when it is finished.
I will wait a few days and then I will play Melissas Route.
And with that I see myself out.
