I had a perfectly clean run, so I suspect it's on your end.. maybe redownload and reinstall?

my bad... I just finished reinstalling my entire laptop because of a bad crash.. I did mean redownload and rerun the game.
it's the same RAR file I downloaded... so if it still doesn't work, something's wrong on your end.
I bought the game on steam. Fortunately there was an option for it. I wanted to use Patreon but they don't let ppl pay for year upfront via paypal without linking the credit card details and this is something that I'm reluctant to do. I avoid it if I can that's why I created the paypal account in the first place. Oh well...
When it comes to games I played a bunch of them but most were so so because the story was just an excuse for porn which is fine sometimes but games that make you reflect on something/yourslef just bring it to the next level. I guess I usually don't play games just to fap. What stood out for me besides Acting Lessons was City of Broken Dreamers by PhillyGames and Pale Carnations by Mutt & Jeff. If you by any chance haven't played them I wholeheartedly recommend that you do

first post but been reading this forum quite a while for now.
I played BaDIK and loved it, so of course i stumbled across this game too. I hesitated to play it for several weeks cause it has quite a reputation.
Last week i gave in and tried it.
Although i was already aware of "the decision" because of this thread, so i was kinda prepared, it was still a low blow.
This game managed to press buttons in a way only a very few games in about 30 years of gaming now did. Its just amazing.
First playthrough was Megan focused, 2nd Melissa. I got the "happy" ending for both playthroughs but its more of a bittersweet ending. I really liked both arcs and their outcome.
The third will be Rena, however i fear that will probably be a tough one given Episode 6 and the consequences of that "cheating" with Rena.
And i liked Derek in BaDIK, but well.... after seeing Liam Derek has to step up his Bro-Game quite a bit
Its funny how you enjoy happy games and have fun, but the games you remember are games like this. Because they hit you out of nowhere and leave lasting impressions (or should i say scars?).

I'm played this game the first time. I just think it's a porn game and i will fuck every girl, but i still aware this wasn't the right choice. I'm shocked as i have to choose Melissa or Megan in the house on fire. I took Melissa with me and I hoped that the fireworker could rescue Megan. It was very sad, that he couldn't. And then this bad surprise, Leah. I'm really down.

I wrote i'm really down. That means not that i think about suicide. If you have such thoughts, it's better you don't play the game. But in the other hand, it's a realistic story and the world is not fucking fun.
