Translated the Text says "Say "friend" and enter"... so use the word for friend from the inscription as Password

In Epadder's Ren'Py version, yes.

The last time I played this game, back in 2.3 or so, you couldn't get the Sphinx pregnant, but I don't know if that's changed.

It's a Lord of the Rings reference. Speak friend and enter, the Elvish word for friend is mellon.

It's very easy to miss Nut, there is a few was to end the quest for her without realizing -
You have to try and take the treasure from the temple, and then disagree with her when she asks you about mummies.

Welp, Android is - generally - able to open html files. Probably not optimized for small screens though.
