yeah usually would be for me too. There is very few with over sized ones i'm okay with tbh. Tho alot of it is I just like the character haha as well I like there is a story reason for her big boobs which is different.

don't get me wrong I like the game and I'll play the future updates, but tits that size turn me off pretty much, it's fucking unrealistic. The rest of the cast (while some of them are on the bigger side) are okay.

Well, there are women with similarly sized large breasts, even natural ones. And the condition she has is an actual thing, notably Hitomi Tanaka has the same condition. So you can say they are very unlikely, but you can't say they are unrealistic.

as I said, you do you, I personally don't like it, but that's just me. Normally id agree with you but I feel the disease makes it feel like it could be passable as realistic to me ( ive never looked into my self). Now personal preference is a different story. Most cases it would be a pass and turn off for me but the way the dev designed them with sag in mind makes it less of a turn off for me. As ive seen games where they are nearly as big without sag and other than being unrealistic just a small detail like that can make something go from a turn off to being okay with them, when you dont take the character in mind and only judge on appearance.
Now I wouldn't say these are a turn on for me either at least from a first look but im able to accept them , especially cause I like the character. Often times liking a character for the character is more of a turn on for me then their appearance even if there is something I dislike about or vis versa. Especially since I dont judge a character on appearance much any more in these games it's honestly something I dont ever think about much anymore compared to when i first started playing AVN's. I can think of a good amount of LI that has had a similar effect like that on me.

I don't dislike her character at all, she is fun. Physically not my cup of tea, but I can get over it
