This will give you options for several download sites, and a Torrent link.
This will avoid having to download version 0.42, and then have to update to V0.45.

is there any hope for compressed version, this game is the largest game ive seen in adult games
Maybe it's because you need 0.46 save file from the developer (look the link in the thread) or start to play the game from the beginning

Thank you sooooo much you been so helpdownload parts 1 to 5 then extract with WinRAR into 1 folder, then download the updates and add them into the extracted folder
choose any site to download, all parts are the same on each site

Another piece of advice, sounds like you wish to play versions 42, then 43, then 44, etc. If so, after you update to a new version make sure to get the save files for that version. then update to next and repeat with save files.
If you simply wish to play v46, just download ver45 from Nenad Patreon site (its free) then use the 45 to 46 update and v46 saves.

as far as i know previous savegames not work with new version so everytime publisher also gives 2 savegames.does anyone have for 0.46?...or iis it fixed so we can play from 0.45's saves after uptade to 0.46?

You don't need to get "past" it. there are three valves you can act on one on the left wall before the rat and two on the other side of the bridge. You have to manipulate them in a certain order to get the water running in the fountain (sorry, I don't remember exactly in what order but you can find it in the WT)
