Here's what worked for me, it is not an elegant solution though.

download incest patch on Affexon. I got a file with
init -100 python:
patch = True

copy that

Go to "Family Affair" and download the incest patch.
erase what is in that patch and replace with

init -100 python:
patch = True

change the name of the patch to patch.rpy

place patch.rpy in game folder.

It's actually way easier than that. Just right click the incest patch click save link as... and bam you got it.
