it will pile up , and if you load from an early save at this point ,even more

I tried troubleshooting the issue, and while it indeed started piling up, I haven’t been able to pinpoint the exact cause. Initially, the piling up occurred around "event 10-11," so I decided to load a save from much earlier—though not from the very beginning, where the RAM was still around 300 MB during the 1st iteration—to determine which image or video triggers the problem.
I played through slowly and steadily, without skipping, and managed to pass through events 10–11 completely, with memory usage staying well below 500MB. However, during a third iteration (using the save from the 2nd iteration), I started skipping to see if that might be the cause. This time, the piling up began around event 13 instead of event 10-11.
It's puzzling behavior. Since I’m using "scene" for each image, it should be clearing the memory and screen effectively. I'll need to research this further. If anyone has a proper solution, suggestion, or fix, I’m open to hearing it!
