The "localisation" folder is created after you've opened the game for the first time. I had the same issue, took me a bit to figure this out.

Artwork 10/10 but there is literally nothing to do in this yet..about 2 or 3 tasks and all you can do is sleep afterwords...ima wait until maybe 3 or 4 updates til at least you includes a bunch more tasks to immerse in
