Steam has no censorship over genitals. No mosaics.
But there is a mod in this thread, where heroine has recolored skin to match normal human skin. And it got upscalled into 4K resolution by AI. So it has better graphics. Unfortunately it got mosaics over pussy during sex.
It is up to you, if you want to see genitals or better graphics.

I fixed it myself. The game won't load from an HDD. It needs to be saved on a SSD to boot up.

I saw the comments above mentioned the scenes in game was made using Blender, but what about the game itself? What kind of engine it's running on was this game made using Unity or Renpy perhaps? Genuinely asking out of curiosity

Thanks for telling me, I was tinkering with CE to change ingame values (DP, Stats, etc.) but alas I can't make any change and gave up on the idea. The required numbers was daunting at first, turns out it's measly requirement

Decent game based on JPN version, biggest boon would be no censoring if they actually removed it. It was really bad in the original game.
