In the Deep Forest, the imp (former Demon Queen) keeps saying there may be dangerous enemies ahead, preventing me from continuing. What gives?

Nevermind: I had skipped dialogue telling me which huts to visit. Most of the dialogue so far had been MTL backstory that wasn't interesting, so I began to ignore everything.

I think it is just the Abyss forest that gets unlock after you beat the boss once(?) but can anyone tell me is there a final final boss in that map or just random encounters + stronger minibosses and the blacksmith for your final weapons?

In the center of the secret area (found at the end of the first memory house) there is a super hard boss fight. If you win the boss fight the fall ending and demon maid will be unlocked.

To find the secret boss fight you need to reach the end of the second memory house but not engage the final boss, take the teleport to the start of the second house and reenter the first then go to the previously locked portal (A*). From there you should go down and meet the blacksmith again. The boss you want is basically in the middle of a spiral just above you on the map, so first you need to move to the right until you can't go right anymore and then go up. From there the path splits and joins so the exact path doesn't really matter until you reach the area to turn left and then continue until toy reach the area is picture (B*). From there you need to follow the narrow path down and then go the the right again. After reaching the corner go down again until you reach the fork (C*), take the left path, then keep going down until you can turn left and then keep going left until you can go up (D*). Keep going up until you can go right, then down, and finally to the left and you should then be at the secret boss area (E*).
