Whenever i try to start a new game or load an old save and i go to the area to the right of the hobo´s it triggers a scene with Sato and Ayame in a wig and glases. After the scene it closes to menu, anyone know how to fix this?

The CG room "Ultimate Betrayal" scene seems to be playing the wrong scene, it play "Walls come knocking?" scene instead.

where can I use cheat room code?

The clock at the ground floor of the house near the stair would redirect you to the CG room, head to the south & insert the code to access it.

There is a Sato scene that triggers whenever you go to right up right from home. I thought it was something wrong with my save file so I started a brand new game but it still triggers this scene. It even kicks you back to title screen after so I cant progress at all.
