The current game version on patreon have everything, main game + Halloween. The only reason there ALSO was a Halloween patch was the team tested how they could implement DLC patches as standalone.

Since you look quite interested, the developer releases a weekly podcast about the game and how the things are going. It's quite a new thing, it started this year, but you'll have a better idea about how the game developement will go on.
