Why remove the options tho? Just highlight it like every other modder. It's a really really bad idea because sometimes people choose the walkthrough option and sometimes they want to make another decision despite losing couple of points or not wanna engage another character. Why removing the option? I don't think it helps anyone
That's not how it works dude... They probably thought they were lesbian but they found out that they weren't after they had sex and fall in love with a guy. They were bisexual in the beginning. not lesbians. Just because a bisexual person haven't experienced sex with opposite gender yet ( orexperienced it but simply not find the right person who can enjoy having sex with), that doesn't mean they aren't bisexual. If you are a lesbian, you are a lesbian. You cannot convert yourself a straight-bisexual. If you love the D and enjoy having sex with men then you weren't a lesbian in the first place, you just think you were. It's especially normal for Alex because it's hard to find a boyfriend with his dad is mafia leader and all. Izzy was the easiest and perfect choice for her before meeting with MC. Anyways I think both of the girls loves dick more than pussy now lol. The sad thing is, we probably have to choose one of them at the end of the game I feel like

I'm sorry, did either of you actually play the beginning of the game? Alex and Izzy both straight up state they were completely not attracted to men (or their dicks) before they met MC. Is this how it works in real life? Of course not, that's why the trope (relatively common in these games) annoys me.
Yes there are people who taught they were lesbian but later found out that they are bisexual. One of my highschool friend thought she was a lesbian ( we thought that as well since she literslly said she is a lesbian) for a long time and now she is married with a guy and have a kid. She found out she was bi not a lesbian after she met her husband. I also don't understand why that annoys you. Their sexuality or whatever they love D or V or both or neither isn't your business at all. If you don't like them being bisexual don't play the game. All of their content are threesomes with mc and the mc in the focus anyways. Go play yuri games or something I don't know

Yeah, OK. So the fact I'm annoyed by the porn game trope of "they were lesbians until they met MC's magic dick" means I should only play yuri games. Gotcha.
I'm really not sure how it's not my business what I do or don't like as a porn game trope, or how you get to decide what I'm allowed. If you want to play the "I know someone who..." game, I can give you multiple examples I know personally of women who did exactly the opposite of your example - they married, had kids, then later in their lives admitted to themselves they had no sexual attraction to men and only married because that was what was expected of them. It cuts both ways. But w/e, I'm not arguing the point anymore, especially since you don't really seem to get the one I was making anyways.

Bugger now you gonna make me restart the game from stratch again.
I know Alex thought she was a straight out lesbian who had never been attracted to a male before at the start of the game.
But I could of sworn that Izzy said she was BI and that she prefered girls but Puppy wasn't her first go with a dick.
So I got no option but to reread it now.
If i'm wronge then I will chalk it upto wishfull thinking or just old age memorry.

for alex it was easier to start relationship with girl than boy due daddy being big bad mafia boss who'd at worst case (outside killing) force him and family to move out and none of daddy's henchmen were options either.

I do for ALL my other walkthrough mods, but this dev... well he decided to make menus the annoying way... a different image for every button shown. So you can't just "highlight" them in this game, you'd have to edit images put overlay or some such and frankly I didn't want to bother with all that... (and didn't know renpy that well when I made first version of this prob the reason he did images for buttons instead of text over a common image...)
I should probably go back and redo from scratch with an overlay image... but just haven't gotten around to it
