you save the game on the bedroom one of the 3 buttons at the bottom of the screen as for the volume you can just lower it with the sound mixer of windows

If you mean a dark screen after helping out, keep clicking and/or space/enter as if to progress text. It's not really stuck, just for some reason everything is dark.

currently the crush buff makes you that you can't encounter alice in the day in the new update is going to make you encounter her more

Does anyone know how NOT to get the stuck scene in the living room at the 3rd move? Trying to get the remote scene on the 3rd move so I can see the 2nd remote with the next move, but her ass is always stuck
