The game looks really great but unfortunately I don't have the option to play it, can someone tell me the "others" software infrastructure, what is "others", can it be played on android, can I play this game on android for example, or is there/will there be a RenPy version of this game?...thx

Mate, this game has been dead for a good few years.- I assure you the creator won't be porting it to the RenPy engine anytime soon :ROFLMAO:
Also the dev once said that character animations take up too many resources, which is why the game cannot be easily ported to Android

Someone else is supposedly making a "remake" (Alice 2), but I wouldn't trust him too much. There are a lot of signs that it might be a scam

As for the engine, the original game is made on Construct if I remember correctly :whistle:

There are lots of red flags
But the fact that an artificially generated logo innocently lies that the creator is responsible for creating many different characters, or the stupid "Official" in the name as if he's someone famous enough to have to watch out for impersonators is downright hilarious :ROFLMAO:
I love it when a "studio" has "games" in its name even though it hasn't produced any games yet.

And to be clear: I don't know if this guy is a scammer, but it looks funny as fuck, deceitful and very unprofessional

"nothing to show for it" is people mentioning tangeable demos, not pictures of progress. Most people are content with incomplete/buggy releases than to hang on the thread of "trust me bro" with images. You should've expected critisism when you announce you'll remake it -- eventually -- yet have a full blown subscribe star page with no demo, with everything behind a pay wall before you even release a simple demo. Another reason people may hesitate on investing in your game is the lack of focus. Make a simple poll and see where interests lie, cause from what I'm reading all -- if not, majority -- seems to care about the game. Multi-tasking can be seen as "looking" busy. Nothing wrong with multi-tasking, but again, not even a basic demo was released yet so technically, they've accomplished nothing but has everything set to receive their money. One last time, a simple demo game would be nice to showcase your competence.

[edit]: seems like he's allegedly focusing on getting the demo released and put the manga on hold -- thankfully. Nothing to actually showcase yet though.

Just like you said, the other guy, Ecchi-San, did exactly the same thing. He showed us a bunch of images and then disappeared.

Until there's something tangible, we can't really believe in anything. I think to a certain extent, even with a demo, it's hard to trust.

Ecchi-san (who could once again be stickjump scamming as echhi said he isn't japanese) actually showed a lot of images though, thats the difference. And images that resembled the art style of the previous game (with backgrounds) including in-game shots as well.
