Sounds like you can't, probably so the new things like event lists work properly.

Well, I did a non-cheat run. Finished the current parts of the story in 30 minutes. Creampied Alice in the bath in 2 hours. In game 47 days. So people can see how less grindy the game is compared to start. If you use the "Cheat Mode" and use items liberally, then this point can be reached even faster.
With the story added, the Nirnroot scene is also easier to get. The Gallery is still not added. But there should be another update in a few days, which implements it.
