You can get around that by becoming a demon, then talking to Lilaya and agreeing to convince her mom to turn her into a full demon.

Surprised Free Cities has never been mentioned. Maybe cause it's only available in pregmod, don't remember if it's available in base game. Pretty sure it includes M/S, B/S, F/D and anything else after and potentially before since you can set up relations at the start.
Saw Lab Rats 2 mentioned here, there is also a mod that allows for F/D but it was for an earlier build of the game, not sure if it works currently.
New one to add to this list is Inseminator F/D iirc and MWNeus which I believe is B/S after patch.
I guess one other one update potentially is Rick and Morty: Another Way Home. Ending confirmed B/S and M/S pregnancies but nothing visible shown (Dev was doing it as a fan project and created an ending since OG game dev disappeared).

Motherless would be another recommendation if u just want to put a baby into every possible relation. Only other game i know of that does that - aside from the sandboxes - is maou-sama, but never played it myself and heard its just become loli at this point.

Is there a way to get the mod without the underage content? The idea of a game I'm playing having underage stuff in it is too degenerate even for me, and I'm on a thread about games catering to inbreeding fetishists.

At the beginning of the game you can set the minimum age for slaves, so you don't ever come across things you don't want to.
You can turn the content off at the start of a new game and I believe it's off by default, as is other extreme and fucked up content. Other niche stuff like body modification is I believe in by default but again is something you'd have to choose to pursue yourself.
Agree that shit is fucked up, I turn it off and primarily just play for the city, military, and society building content since the sex content is pretty bare bones honestly.
Agreed, shits fucked which is why I turn the fucked shit off if I play. Granted, like half the games on this list and site are bordering that line, especially the ones with the "optional" age input.
