If you can't afford to make a porn game just don't lol. I wasn't mad I just said I'm not playing it. It's like making a story game without a writer so you steal someone else's story and say you'll replace it later when or if you get the money. The art doesn't even have to be hand drawn. Koikatsu or Honey select is way better than straight up stolen art because if the characters look nice the players/devs can have whatever scenes they want with that character rather than being limited to stolen artwork scenes.

The html games are low quality and I don't really like em. They're barely games so this whataboutism means nothing to me. Also do you really want me to hand money to a dev that can't even get basic artwork like from Koikatsu or Honey select? If I'm giving money it's to the devs who can be bothered to draw/model or pose/create the characters themselves.

ever used honey select or koikatsu? doing models and scenes with it is a chore and doesnt even look good. not to mention that you also need to code the game, write the story, do the audio, the balancing, compile it properly, make sure it doesnt lag like shit and so on. time is essential here. dont forget the game is on rpg maker. using 3d models in 2d style game with cartoony looks feels out of place. you can do it but personally im glad he chose not to. id rather have stolen art at this point.

saying that htmls are low quality just shows that you barely played em. pregmod e.g. might be the biggest and richful slave management game so far. and that game is on html, coming with 4 different art styles.

"Koikatsu and Honey select look bad" wrong lol some of the games aren't to my taste but there are ones that I like. And you don't need to be rich to make Koikatsu and Honey select characters and scenes. You need to learn how to use the tools but it's essentially "free" bar having a PC that can run it. You don't need to be rich.

I'm not very into html games because I prefer to look at my porn rather than read it. That being said I'd personally prefer no cgs over stolen ones. Partially because if I recognise the characters it can take me out of the "immersion" of your game world and partially because of the inconsistent art style etc.

I mean I like Koikatsu games but some of them have had characters I recognise from anime but labelled as someone else and it's a little jarring. I guess now that I think about it I might not be completely against stolen CGs if they came from a game or VN I couldn't read because it's not English but they are limiting to devs because they are limited specifically to the scenarios presented in the original VN. But generally speaking stolen CG games aren't great and because I don't consume porn faster than it is created I probably won't play stolen CG games for a long time if at all.

I mean if it's temp art they should at least state it. I have no reason to try games with stolen art right now when I can play original games. Visual novels aren't games btw. There is no gameplay. If you can complete the "game" by holding one button it's not a game. They're something between manga and anime. Sometimes mixed with a choose your own adventure book thing with branching pathes. There are a few exceptions where VNs are games such as Danganronpa or Ace Attorney.

Also with html games almost all the ones I see are pretty obviously using screenshots from porn. I don't think I've seen any originals outside of that one game where you play as a kid.

I checked the latest updates few days and nothing has passed by on html. "just look further" yes i'll look for something I have little interest in.

My point is most VNs have zero actual gameplay besides maybe choosing a path/dialogue box. You can't point to the few exceptions and say VNs are games when in most cases they VNs aren't games. VNs aren't games by default. They can be games but the statement "visual novels are games" is false considering that it doesn't apply to most of them. It's a sweeping statement that applies to a minority of them.

ok so i did a big chain quest with michelle at the end michelle was attacked and i teliported her to safety
last step of the chain was to find someone i can use as a spy without them even knowing they are being used as a spy with my mind reading powers or what ever..so i searched around the slums found a girl that i could use (or so i thought)
end with needing to find a way to stimulate her mind went back to the castle and barracks and nothing useful there
ive tried to google its a hit or miss because the walkthrough isnt really great and certainly far from complete and couldnt find info for THIS quest can someone help me ?thanks in advance guys

Basically, if you can't fix it with the bug fixer or by reloading earlier save, then you're out of luck.

From what i recall after you find the spy she goes to the barracks and so should you to make plans.
There is also an item that logs your quests, it's rather crappy but still can be useful to check what stage you're at.

i have a few quests im stumped on for the spy when i click on her and go through the dialog last it says is i need to stimulate her mind...after i couldnt figure out what to do i went to barracks and michelle got her promotion and then went to a party and forget what else was said BUT nothing to do with the spy at all (seems weird considering the spy is from michelle quest chain)
also at castle (different quest im stumped with)you will get interrupted by someone needing you help with finding their niece
they tell you they will meet you at the entrance of fvar BUT when i go there they are no where to be found and i cant go to the inn something about a funeral and waiting for their daughter to return so you leave (not sure how to get around that)
went to the church and im suppose to knock people up BUT of course cant do THAT quest because im unable to go to the inn
(another quest)found this by accident looking for documents for a quest while searching book case i ended up killing a skeleton boss and then im suppose to go and talk to (forget her name but starts with F )no idea where to find her to hand in quest
and YES i completed the documents quest.i start quests and then when i get stuck i go and do other quests,etc and rinse repeat
and now i got a whack of quests im stuck on LOL and the walkthorugh is pretty useless its missing about 70 to 80% of the game LOL

It sounds like you may have finished the quest without realizing it.
Did a new boat appear in Rei long oak?
If it did then the quest is done and you can use the boat to visit the spy chick for sexy time with her friend and (eventually) with her.

But "entrance" may mean outside of Fuar not inside of it. Near the entrance to the town.

The funeral thing is related to the major or Fuar if i remember right.
Should be main quest related.
Fuar church quest is also related to the major of Fuar.
Therefore you need to unlock Fuar's major first.

the funeral stuff happened as soon as i entered the inn so far there i did the cheating quest get a girl a coat and ya end up knocking her up, etc then went to the church for the prego quest (locked out of the inn since i went to town there)
another quest i forgot is at the very end in town is a weird guy starts off ya hear a bang and then ya goto fight him and then ends up being nothing sends ya to get his daughter then ya end up going into business for something the deal breaks and he wants you to fix it (dont know what im suppose to do or where to go)
up on entering town came accross a house that has no door (been in/out of that town a few times trying to get quests wanna do the mines,etc but cant everything is all about the inn and im locked out cuz of the funeral)
founsomeone that was suppose to be staying at the castle or church (forget but one of the 2)they mention the part about the house with no door,etc and stuff about snow?ya man ive been all over doing quests just getting angry cuz the walk through is absolute garbage (sorry to say that but it really is)if it was good i wouldnt be here looking for help with multiple quests, etc LOL
oh and to answer question about boat i wasnt really paying attention so if it did i have no idea i just left town and went cruising other places
from the michelle quest line i also got a slave that was suppose to be at my castle BUT cant find not in my room and not in any of the cells in my castle
got a frog for a pet tho!!! LOL in my barn

Well... maybe read what's written when you talk to the guy.... that is how i completed most quests in this game.
Also may want to remember that i said there was an item you can use that shows information about quests, you may want to use that item to figure out your quests and their completion state.

im trying to fix up the mess i got myself into with all these different quests. etc not really to crazy about the idea of starting a new game from scratch and if i were to do that id likely end up in same boat LOL
i got a lot of hours in this game at least a week or so not sure of when exactly i started but i got some cool shit now
a lot of different spells and epic summoning (no idea how i got most of them)got my castle and got brothels in a few towns
got a farm and few other things a shop too by where farm is sorta i got a lot of work in to the game trying to hang in there
im 90% sure with where i am history repeat itself if i started new game BUT sooner or later ill maybe end up doing that tho

If you compare with the journal item in-game you probably won't have problems figuring out most of the quests you picked up. But keep in mind that some stuff may be outdated.
