What are the facts? You posted some links, I guess as evidence, but you didn't say what "the facts" were.

ICCreations posted the facts, and some future-looking statements above.

The facts: IA and The Artifact completed (you didn't link IA). IiP abandoned (dev said because of Patreon). FILF on hold (dev said he's going to get back to it). Currently working on AD.

I don't know what "25% complite this game and 75% drop off" means. I'm going to guess that it means "I give a 25% chance that this game will be completed, and 75% chance that it will be abandoned". That's fine - you can believe what you want - but this dev has a track record of completing things. He's not Slonique.
