Uhhh will any of that be LIs? and if so then should add the ntr/sharing tag (whichever be the relevant context). And skippable doesn't mean avoidable so if there is ntr scene don't add avoidable with it if you only skip the watching it.

Harem is 3 girls + not every single girl in the game.
The only girl that has sex with another man is his friend and she's in a relationship with the guy she's fucking.
None of the women the MC has sex with touches another man.
I don't know how many times this needs explaining, it's been said so many times already.
