Oh about the warnig, why you guys dont try to play the game and dont make this fuss only for some writing ? play yourself and find if you like it or not, and the game is in a early stage , then dont make statement on that version, and ... play it is very enjoyable. And sorry for my bad english .

On one hand, I do agree with you. The MC doesn't percieve it as such, and storywise that's fine. Although it can make one rethink their stance on the character itself, especially with the main plot, and with the scene being non-skipabble (the Anne one), and with how it doesn't seem to add anything to the story, it feels like it was just a sex scene for the sake of being a sex scene in the first update to show that this game has sex.
On the other hand, it is important how the players will percieve such scenes, because the game does not play itself. Dismissing that entirely and shrugging that off won't do any good especially not on the long run.
When I say MC it means what the reader feels also, and not just what is written as "true".
The biggest problem I have with NTR (pure or perceived) is when the story goes something like this:
MC meets someone
MC likes someone
MC knows that someone is not in a relationship, or in a terrible one
MC starts going for said someone
MC sees that someone being railed
MC loses interest in that someone
MC is then forced to screw that person without a choice
The last one is what gets me. Hopefully that choice will be in this game. Making it where its you choose to screw and still go after them, screw and leave, or don't touch it with a ten foot pole.

So this game popped up on my radar but the "Warning" section gives me pause.
I am not a fan of voyeurism or sex scenes for the sake of having them in a game.
This is especially egregious when they are shown because plot wise the Dev isnt ready to move relationships forward with the main girls so they show someone else having sex and MC spying. Like, why can't the MC just get some action from a side character then? The hell?!
I am also not a fan of women who will become Love Interests getting railed by other guys. I get everyone has a past and I'm fine with that, I still wouldn't want to see my current GF being railed by her ex. Is it NTR? No. But it still bothers me. It doesn't make a girl "hotter" in my eyes to see her fucked by another guy.
I'm okay with lesbian sex, just not other dudes. (double standard, I know, sue me.)
So looking through the past couple pages of threads I gotta ask:
Is the Sex scenes just voyeurism?
Is it just lesbian sex or do I have to watch one of the girls with another dude?
Judging from the above, would I enjoy this game?

the dev said that only the mc would fuck the LI(and the harem, for that matter), and "unskippble" sex scenes are there only if they have a story element. Beyond that, I couldn't tell you.
In the first release there's only voyeurism. One girl getting fucked by her boyfriend, you can choose to keep watching or not (there is something going on with her and the MC, there is a point where you can choose to kiss her or not) and the aunt having a threesome with two escorts (male+female) but doesn't get fucked by the dude and you have to see it and talk with the dude after that.
In the second release there are two sex scene with the MC, that is technically one because they are on different paths. You either bang the MILF next door or her daughter, both optional.
About enjoying it or not, I have no fucking clue. The game is interesting, well written (the MC gets annoyingly self-deprecating at times, but other than that it's not bad), the girls look nice, but I'm completely lost with who is a love interest and who's not and how much more voyeurism with the "technically not love interests" this game is gonna have. I mean, I don't expect the MC to bang everyone from day one, but I don't want to focus on someone just to learn after a while that she's not actually a LI, but I'll get "a turn" when she finish banging someone else.
