She hasn't broken is trust (yet). At the moment it looks like she's trying to buy his trust rather than earn it, wich is shady af. Also the whole babysit my daughter thing is weird and makes little sense. The brat yells at mc when they meet and mom acts like this is not a problem at all when he is supposed to watch over her. So either this is bad writing or the Mom has some ulterior motive.
She did play around whit him as a kid for a while before trowing him back into the system because she didnt feel for it

You summed up my impression of her well. Hopefully content involving Anne, or any girl for that matter, is not forced on us. She's definitely beautiful, but given the set up we have I see no path to redemption for her. She abandoned the MC in a broken foster care system, which it seems he was abused in, and only appeared again to get something out of the MC. So, I for one hope the MC can "respect"-fully decline every opportunity with Anne or her brat daughter, and instead pursue someone worthy of attention. Regardless, Mr Knobb is an excellent developer and I'll keep an eye on this.

Yep. Well, I suspect there are more reasons to dislike/distrust her from what little setup we have. In the story I got the impression that she bought up his tenement and had him kicked out. He'd refused her man, refused her in person a few days later, and then presto he needed a new place to live. With the leasing agent even telling him there were no other options. Rather convenient all that. So, yeah, she looks to be irredeemable at this point. Especially if that impression of mine is correct as well.
Yep! And at this point all we know is she’s a rich bitch who expects him to do exactly what she wants. I’m hoping and praying that Mr Knobb allows us not to fuck her or have a relationship with her besides one of an employee and employer. Didn’t like that the maid called her “mistress” which sends femdom vibes but that could just be my perception. She can help drive the plot along as long as the MC doesn’t have to fuck her. Really would be nice if the MC wasn’t perving on people constantly, even when you choose the “respect” option.

i agree and the problem im having with it being a harem if its not an optional 1 and if she is a LI we dont normally get to choose whos in the harem so we could be forced with her and i really dont want anything to do with her
