MC thinks in his first sex scene: "I'm very excited that I can teach the goddess sexual acts to my liking". Nonsense, she has been acting like your horny, airhead and childish highschooler of everyday from these stories. Would've been different if she would act like someone who deserves respect, with a dignified aura. That would add x10 to the eroticism in her scenes. But no, here the title "goddess" has 0 weight.
I'm making an effort to keep up with the game because the gameplay is entertaining, but Fia is the worst heroine, so annoying.

The spirits are really, really strong if you level them. But it's a lot of grinding unless you use cheat engine.

Maxed spirits will kick normal party members' butts.
do you have a file of cheat engine that can help me?
edit: i just want to play for the story so do I need to increase the spirit level?

You don't need the spirits to be strong. They work as shields for Fia even when weak. If you want a cheat table, use the latest one posted by gradius here.

should I bother to increase their level?
edit: I have mostly full party
i only use Rairinyuki(the green one) as for dark puppet hardy use them other than special map that need teleportation
the blue guy quite useful in flame area map as for earth shota usable as decoy for Fia other than that meh, flame dude is worst in its move (slightly better than earth shota) thought had decent close range atk, thought as far i remember pretty useless in end game map except several map that had zombie enemies

If you want to completely trivialize the game's difficulty, even on Hard, feed Karinyuiki all your stat-boosting gems, level his skills when you can, then slowly steamroll almost everything with him. Unsummon when you need to heal or restore SP.

This works because all summons have uncapped stats right from the start, which allows summon stats to go really high. Karinyuiki is ideal for this because he can enemy phase nearly everything while taking barely any damage with the right skills. And he gets Prevail on top of that to increase his kill power.

You also need strong yuiki summons during the second playthrough for certain content. It's suffering to do otherwise.

TL;DR: Yes, and feed the shota your gems. Don't agonize over leveling all the summons if you don't want to though.

I always find Karinyuiki the worst unit in the entire game because his stats are very low, only having high hp.
It's always shocking how easily he dies even with most upgrades on.

edit: not being able to manually give summons upgraded gear makes his stats especially poor in comparison to every normal unit, IMO.
Also don't know where you get all those stat boosters, I didn't get a lot on my 1st playthrough, especially not early game.

2nd Edit: Stat comparison from my C5 backup save

Look how bad his stats look compared to Avaro

Monster catching is such a time consuming experience that you might as well Cheer spam Avaro to lvl 60 to uncap his stats for the same effort

Avaro falls off late game when enemies start hitting him with strong magic attacks. The earth and fire spirits, on the other hand, steamroll if they're properly upgraded.

He fell off, but I didn't steamroll with spirits, because I didn't waste enough time upgrading them.

Also normal units become way better once they hit lvl 60-65 and learn double action, while the spirits completely fall off going into NG+ stuff until you can capture 5 star elemental enemies in NG+ dungeons.

This is my Karinyuiki by the end of the first playthrough of my Hard, no recovery items run*. I only captured as I went with Fia and basically never went out of my way to grind captures. A lot of stat gems are also dropped by story bosses or are otherwise not too hard to miss.

Karinyuiki was useful for pretty much the entire playthrough. On Hard, no recovery items, he's essential for certain battles throughout the story to block enemies or protect Fia. And that's without using any stat gems until near the end to boot, mostly because I didn't think about using them.

Also, as I said, Karinyuiki specializes in enemy phasing. Don't really need Double Action when all the enemies come to you. Furthermore, due to how summon mechanics work, Karinyuiki can move as far as Fia does, and she'll often learn Double Action before everyone else due to Goddess Rank mechanics.

* Edit: Clarified what I meant by "first playthrough".

How time consuming is it to upgrade his skill this much and in what chapter?

Cause mine was barely upgraded until the very last couple of maps because there aren't many high star enemies to find until lategame.

Also double Action in NG+ is such a gamechanger, which was especially apparent in the NG+ map where you can only use the 4 summons (And I had them all nearly maxed out upgrades since you can just buy monsters on NG+). Even the time limit became a huge issue due to how slow the 4 summons are at clearing maps without Double Action.

Not that time consuming overall tbh. It's really more a matter of using the Monster Capture skill with Fia. It's one of her best offensive options because it's free Void magic, but the AGI penalty makes it look unattractive to use. Beyond that, abusing summon deploy/undeploy mechanics is also essential for keeping summons healed and moving them around.

Also, some of the higher level unlocks are pretty optional - he can function with lower levels of Soul Shield, Prevail, and Magic Resist.

The playthrough itself took fewer in-game days and less real time compared to my first time ever playing. Some of that is attributed to just knowing about the game, but I still visited every map at least once - the game kind of forces you to waste days sometimes anyway, so might as well put them to use.

Im losing my mind trying to get this to run on the steam deck. Anyone get it working?
Don't know if you're still having trouble with this but what I did was add the age.exe to lutris set runner to wine create a wineprefix for it then click on it in lutris then click the arrow next to the wine glass on the bottom select winetricks then select default wineprefix, select install a font and just add every Japanese font.

Does anyone have any idea how to skip battles
I'm tired of seeing the same back and forth so many times.
(I'm talking about the simple battle I don't even use animation for the most part just when watching how the enemy and the characters look)

I played through chapter 5 and still have not seen a sex scene is there an adult patch or something?
Keep going. I don't remember which chapter it is, but at some point you'll get a mandatory sex scene with Fia that'll open the floodgates for all the other girls to start jumping on Avaro's dick.

I recommend training ice and wind spirits cause both of them have attacks from 5 squares. They're crazy good for defending homebase especially during final battle of route A when enemies keep coming from 15 portals, you need a good defending team. As for main damage unit, I recommend Dragon Katorit, I don't have an image of her from first playthrough so I'll upload the current one. I don't remember feeding her gems but she gets lots of stat boost upon transformation, equip her with Reyshia Knuckle, it has 50 crit so her damage is insane. She has very high AGI and very high move. But the main part is child Katorit comes with Hard Working skill. Keeping training her with King Putetto for like 15 minutes and you can unlock double movement. By the time you have Dragon Katorit level 60 with 7 moves + double movement while other characters still struggle without double movement and 3 or 4 moves. I got Katorit to level 99 from first playthrough by the way, she was too mobile and other characters simply can't follow up. Think she took all exp available
