Second, I am a big dumb idiot who didn't realize what he was getting himself into.
I thought most of the game mechanics comes from the rpgmaker engine. I was wrong, SO FUCKING WRONG.
Most of the stuff you see on the screen is a plugin, like the calendar, the log files on the bottom left, the heat level on the top, THE WHOLE MENU WHEN YOU STOP THE GAME...
I wonder what kind of bullshit the original translator went through... anyways, tried to apply the plugins that he made, and it did worked. Menu is still not translated, need to look up if the menu boxes are generated or an image shown on the screen.
Because I cannot format the plugin files I still see walls of text in front of my screen from time to time so... fuck me.
After the formatting the .json files and checking the code, the code did start to make sense but still felt like a machine built and made to be read by machines.
I don't know if I can finish the game before it gets released on steam.
It's still a lot of fun to rename the things like "red staff, blue staff, yellof staff" to "crimson red, eye of poseidon, rod of thunder" and giving interesting descriptions.
Probably gonna keep it as a side project because of my student life, hell I could maybe improve my shitty programming knowledge.
If the game releases before I could finish, probably gonna apply my own translation just for fun and live on.

1.18 is not translated, so why exactly would people add the untranslated version to the thread thats supposed to have the english version?
And people have yet to realize something very simple:
If you apply a translation made for a old version of a game to a new version, it will downgrade said new version into the old version.
So unless yeettaker manages to move all the work to the newer version 1.13 will be the best u get.

From reading the code I realized this game isn't finnished yet. I don't want to waste my time on a unfinished product with a messy code.
BUT I started "improving" the translation on bitch exorcist rio 1. More than half of the events are done.
If everything goes to the plan I will finnish the first game in a week and move to the remake of it as the CG's were quite "sensual".

As far as i know the games were translated by someone who actually knows japanese way back.

I does seem bigger but thats only because of the extra empty lines beetween dialogue boxes. Also if you see exclamation marks, thats a "sound" xd.
But yeah looking at your screenshot, the scene haz around 15 lines of actual text, the rest are just "sounds" as you can see on the script above , so no idea how you get a massive wall of text beetwen the various"sounds" .
"Rearraging intestines" , "twisted her body in unnatural ways", "Stirring Organs" , Etc.
I have no idea where did you get all of that. This feels more like a rewrite than a translation improvement. (the screenshots i posted are the entirety of that specific h scene both in jp and english)
As a example (3rd screenshot of the jp script):
四肢が触手に完全に拘束されているため
胴体だけが絶頂で激しく上下に痙攣している。
Which was originally translated as:
"Because her limbs were completely restrained, her body
convulsed violently as she reached climax."
And somehow you turn that single sentence into a wall of text ( the next 2 lines after are just the sex "sounds" so yeah).
Kinda reminds me of the guy who rewrote the entirety of Helen's NTR Summer School Training . He rewrote the entire game and the mods just replaced the real translation with the rewrite and now good luck finding the real translation ever again.
TLDR: If what youre doing is replacing the actual translation with some fanfic rewrites, then dont call it "improving the translation".
As for the Amelia game , the game is indeed finished but seems like the dev coding skills leave a lot to be desired.
Besides i heard there will be a official "translation" eventually on steam though i dont know which version it will be based on.

I was frustrated from amelia and wanted to pick something easy.
I actually started this just fixing some grammar issues but... then I got horny.
In the end I started writing walls of text... but I'm geniuenly having fun.
It really unvinded me and I needed that, but the example you gave made me think about my actions.
I don't want my weird work to replace a true to the product translation.
I'm still gonna continue on the work for myself... but now I don't know if I should upload it...

I actually want to do something like that. I like this sort of stuff and working on it on long hours doesn't tire me at all (weirdly).
I started this to test myself and see what I can do.
But I need to get my diploma first so rewriting is the only thing I can do now.

Yeah, the nun outfit isn't in the game either and the events replays in recollection room was buggy sometimes. After they polish everything it will probably gonna be released on steam.
