I think it has already been said here in some comment. The NTR that has such strong vibrations in this story is most likely off the screen, that is, we will know what happens but we will not see it. I really don't think it makes much of a difference to many of the players who don't like ntr, but It seems that is what will happen here

Just use the 4a patch, I had to add one line to it since it didn't patch housemate? but you can do it yourself just add the like to the text file:
t = t.replace("housemate?", "brother?")

You may need to start the game quit and start again for it to update.
And pretty much you can use this line and change any word you don't like to one you like yourself its easy.

Which text file? I didn't find it

So you download the incest 4a patch, inside you have a folder named "game" and inside it there's the patch, its a RPY file but you can open it any text editor like notepad++ or what ever you use, inside you will see a very simple line of code you just add the line I made in there so it looks like the rest.

Just save the game and check the scene then load up the game and move forward. That what I do. I saved at every choices I have to make to see different situations.

He's not called Super Alex for nothing, he doesn't like reasonably compressing his images/animations leaving them super large. I'm pretty sure Lucky Mark is one of the biggest if not the biggest games ever here in terms of file size despite not having nearly enough content to justify it.
