Actually it's a small word.
What you say is of course possible, even if adding some content usually does not force the player to restart, he then just missed something. But as I said, as far as I know it didn't happen.
So far it has never been an issue and according to how many people complain about the game not having any content, a not working savegame should not be a problem either.

If you ever played this devs last game then it wouldn't be much of a spolier, it's a fact that you won't get any sex from the main girls till the VERY end.

personally, I'm not expecting sex as I said earlier, I just hope to see some progression
