I'm stuck on this task

Come see Elena during the daytime. Not through the house map, but up the stairs, through the corridor, to her door. When you get there, you'll find that her laptop's operating system is down. You reinstall it, then download some photo editing software from a pirate site. That's the whole computer “repair” thing.

But it looks like you don't have the hints turned on. Click on the magnifying glass above the notepad.

This is an unplayable mess for me. I downloaded the game again from a different mirror, and now it doesn't throw the immediate error I had before, but there are no images at all, and no matter what I do, I get error after error.

So for whatever reason the game has taken a personal offense to you 100% a problem with the game on your end.
A few possible reasons why the game on the Ren'Py engine does not start and displays only a dark screen:
Faulty graphics drivers. It's worth checking if there are updates for your graphics card drivers.
Power saving enabled. In one case, the problem was not the graphics, but the fact that power saving was enabled.
DirectX or the Redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 package is not installed.
The game is placed in a directory with a full path that does not match the current system language. For example, if Ren'Py is in a directory with Cyrillic or Arabic alphabet in its name and the system is set to English, the game will not run.

I passed both published parts of the remaster without a single error message. The walkthrough is very easy, the main thing is to turn on the hints.

In the bugfix you will find the images folder. Copy it to the Game folder of the game. If everything is done correctly, the Game folder should look like this - see screenshot.

How are you not getting this. I've found 3 of the photos. So, obviously she's asked me to find them. in my quest log as my active quest too.

So... It looks like that picture is auto found when u find the blonde girl in the room. During the peep scene it shows you finding iris's photo in there, and then it locks the room out.

I've grabbed the other 3. So have the other 3. Yet it won't let me talk to iris.. But I have all all 4.. I'm missing something.

Thanks to everyone who left feedback and reported bugs—this helps us immensely in the ongoing development and improvement of the game. I'm also not surprised by comments about the update feeling "short." Let me clarify right away: our primary goal at the moment is to achieve monthly updates, which means updates will naturally feel "shorter," since creating quality content takes time. It's entirely up to you whether to download these shorter monthly updates or wait a few months and play multiple updates at once. I'm not forcing anyone to play each new version every month.
We're already working on the next update. The main content will revolve around Alexandra, as we'll reach a relationship level of 2 stars with her.

In Progress Report 02，SUPER ALEX said “There will be a total of 6 relationship levels in the game (0,1,2,3,4,5). Where 0 is talking and light touches, and 5 is FFM threesomes and harem. From small things to big ones. From minimum action to maximum.”

So，in next update“level of 2 stars with Alexandra” ，i don’t think MC will have real sex with Alexandra 。
Maybe SUPER ALEX will use the old scene which “Alexandra and MC want to the club，but Alexandra is drunk，finally MC fucked her mouth”。

This is why it's good to have multiple paths per character in porn games. A big problem developers encounter is that after putting in the work to create the game(ui,art, style, premise etc) they have to balance out teasing with payoff. And when they get to the payoff you have to create more and more elaborate scenarios to keep things fresh otherwise it gets boring for the developer not only the player. A lot of them burn out and either slow down/abandon the game/abandon the game to put in all of the work on making a new game/just give up and turn it all into a fuck fest without story.

If you have a corruption and romance paths they can cover the same ground twice without it feeling repetitive which is better for the long term health/sustainability of working on the game.

They're doing monthly updates with the remaster and if they keep this pace it COULD potentially get to a point where it gets really spicy. But I'm not trusting the process when the game has been there for 5 years without doing anything. They need to live up to huge expecations with the remaster and those first two versions don't prove much so far.
