Not needed. Click on the magnifying glass if you don't know what to do. Other than that you simply need two different saves: One for dominant route, one for love route. That's it.
Download caused Chrome to block it due to security and malicious software from Vikingfile. Game executable causing all kinds of security issues as well. Windows 11 blocked the game from starting claiming its not safe.

Not quite,
It is true that there are just the Dominate or Love Routes,
But there are two different "Paths", Loyal or Disloyal(Highly Perverted),
At the moment I understand there only a slight difference between the two "Paths"
but that could change with future updates.

You can disagree, but I believe this happened because developers were supported unconditionally. Do you remember the ICSTOR game updates back in the day? Every month there was a huge, fully playable update, and the entire game was developed in about a year. Nowadays, many developers are dragging things out and delivering far less, yet you keep supporting them anyway. STOP SUPPORT if they are fucking with you

Six years of slow burn and it looks like it will take another six years to finish the game.
Answers:
1. Renpy is the better choice
2. Art work is decent
3. WHY Incest, because it is a massive win for the game creator and generates a higher number of paid subscribers so no their is not enough incest games.

Every time this game has an update I feel like I wanna download it. Then I read some comments and think to myself it's probably better to wait for next release. Guess the tradition continues.
Also if you allow me to add one more - maybe it's his thing as well.
His 1st game - LM, also had a bit of incest(mom-daughter).
I've thought about creating a game myself, but if i ever start creating one it will def include incest - not because the market demands it, but because i want it to be the theme.

There is nothing bad to prolong your game to even few years in development, as long as you have story to tell, it will still be very good and profitable. However when you start to just stall the progress(like we have it here), then this means you're just milking and def deserve to loose ppl who support you financially.
I hope not, because that would mean we already have half the game, which would be awful because there's hardly anything on the table yet.
The only wrong choice that a player can make here is playing this oversized lame shit without content
