The game works if you convert the win version yourself using Ren'Py Launcher
theres a quest that says "meet him at his room" that i cannot find, where is it, someone knows? thanks

You don't need apk port. It works just fine using joiplay.
check the apartments building( where harrison friend lives) at 20:00.
It's about sheriwaza (the school teacher).

I'll be damned, the art quality have increased far beyond the amateurish drawing that plagued the beginning of the game's development. But then again, that creates a huge contrast between the first few scenes and the latest, hopefully the dev go back and fix the old scenes.
On the other hand, that means the amount of content we got is decreased, which is never a good sign...

The v0.40 Final which will release in mid-November will have:
