Stuck at the same point, I go to the house without a door, where u ring the bell through the street but nothing happens, also after the scene when you're walking with Uros the map is bugged, you go up but then returns down the first time

I am not a fan of tattoos in most cases, but for Ana I can think of several that fit her. Maybe an Ace of Spades to show she loves BBC, a dogs paw to show she is open to dog sex an XXX to show she is a slut.
