the h-events and the main story are not connected what so ever, which is a shame
Agree. I mean, I had really high hopes for this game because it was very highly praised on DLsite. It's one of the best games there according to the reviews. So I bought it on steam as soon as it was translated and... It's just fucking lame. Sure, a lot of effort went into it, and it's a good game. But it's a fucking awful hentai game. I can honestly say that about a lot of other games in this genre. It's like people really don't understand the appeal of a real corruption hentai game. For me, the best corruption game is Celesphonia, where the MC has different reactions to the same situations depending on her lust level. And she can still be a virgin who craves dicks. Or a virgin who craves nothing. Or a non-virgin, but not talking about sex all the time. This is what I call a real corruption system, Celesphonia (and, well, Ambrosia too) nailed it (haven't played Enishia/Enicia yet, waiting for it to be translated by Kagura). This game on the other hand... The sex is just there. Yeah, check out this scene, all 3 characters get raped... And... Just, like, forget about it. It changes nothing, it means nothing. You can just watch hentai scenes that have no effect whatsoever on the gameplay or the story or the appearance of the characters or their behavior. There's no corruption. And it's not a hentai game. It's just a normal jrpg with side hentai scenes. It's like calling Witcher (the first one) a porn game. I mean, there are pictures of naked girls, yeah, now it's a porn rpg, right? Wrong. Same here.
