if I recall correctly the dev said there will be some but those routes are on temporary so probably only be short lived only a few scenes here and there outside of the brother younger sister route I believe.
Not joining it: doesn't change any of the other routes.

No idea, the developer doesn't publish anything, the game has enormous potential, but it doesn't get the attention it deserves. It's the only game I see that touches on interesting topics from my perspective.
