Almost 100% sure that there is no real work being put into the game and those are just environments he bought from a web store. What are the mechanics? What do you do in the game? Why should anyone play it? These are questions that need to be answered before anyone lets themselves get hyped up. Screenshots of completely random environs with a naked model standing around in them tell us nothing. I remember the last teaser being equally pointless, just the model using a handful of canned animations on a beach that I'm sure he also bought.
And hey, if I'm wrong, great! I'd love to be wrong. But I don't think I am, and there's nothing to look forward to until he gives us an update of substance.

Youre not wrong, its bought environment assets and animations, thats a pretty standard procedure and very needed if you are starting out prototyping such a game from scratch. We are seeing the very first baby steps in what could be an awesome game. Give it time, and wait with any judgement until later, when we have gotten a few playable versions to mess around with.

What's awesome about it? What, exactly? These don't even count as baby steps, this is the vidya equivalent of notebook scribbles. "Oh but they're the first steps towards gorgeous oil paintings", except they're not. He's made no steps towards a game, he's shown nothing that I couldn't do with absolutely zero experience in game dev. I'm literally here telling all of YOU to hold judgment, there are comments saying it "looks great" when it doesn't look like anything. There's NO GAME. There's nothing to play. There isn't even anything to look at because it's just his Lara model standing around in environments he didn't make.

I know I don't post much, but this is the last place I expected to find people who needed to be warned about porn game vaporware. This is a man who lives off of his subscribers, he needs to produce or at least promise content in order to keep being paid. He would not be the first person to go, "hey I'm making a game, I swear, please just stay subscribed to me," and he won't be the last. If you think he'll deliver, cool, it truly is too early to tell, but it's definitely not too early to hedge your bets.

I understand your words but why are you so harsh?

Creating and producing a game requires so much time and effort, I doubt this will ever get finished. Besides, knowing how to make a good 3d video is not the same as knowing how to make a game that's anywhere as good.

Maybe Animopron background is as Game Developer. The first Animopron that I saw was made with Unity.

They have been producing 3D animation content for some time, now - starting work on a game is a new venture and showing early stages to get things started is a hit or miss proposition: some people will appreciate early access and ability to offer feedback, others will become hostile at the proto-game not being polished and mature, etc. The worth of any game isn't based on found vs self-generated assets, but instead on how much people eventually find it enjoyable to play.

yeah this so-called game is in works since dawn of time (2 years more or less) and nothing came out of it. more like he pushes this stuff just to fill the gap between btq previews.
