Too many,but that's some of the best things you can do in that game - to play the game in many different ways with different choices every time - just like it is in Manila Shaw:Blackmail's Obssesion - both of that two games have a lot of different choices you can choose to play,that's why Anna and Manila are my favorites games and for me they both are on 1st place
Here are some more of the different stories in Anna you didn't mention it: Continue having fun with Timmoty or just see him like a good techy guy but nothing more; If choose call Taxman: Have fun with him or decide to do some work for him; Sex Shop: Anna remember having fun with Rubby or she didn't do that before; Accept shooting porn movie or decline; If you accept shoot porn movie then on the end you can choose what to follow in the future: Less and high price porn movies for only rich people and also the possibility for Anna to become Escort Girl or A lot more porn movies for the porn industry who will pay you less money but make Anna very popular,which means Anna will become a Fameous Porn Actress; If Jeremy is alive,you can choose between he to keep acting bad to Anna and she will do everything what's necessary even if she don't like it or that Jeremy to decide to be good to her and try win her like that and then Anna will like him much more; ......there are even some more different choices but i can't keep writting them all..hahaha...you should just try to play every one of them or just some of them....
But they are definetely not only this 3 ones you already mention it

For this who can't keep playing it and think they have bug - I also was like that but i was think that they just didn't continue yet the Dilan's story even in this update....till i didn't find that i should just start a new game and then everything is alright! Seems like in this new update old saves don't work normally and you just need to start a new game,so just do it and then you will see that everything is alright and you can keep playing normaly! It's an optional event, meaning people can ignore it and unlock it when they have the points if they don't want to be on John's path from the start.

Before going to work prior to the gym, then.
I had the bug of not being able to have the Dilan's event, then I loaded a save just before going to work and I could have it.
Saves in the gym. Two different paths.

I started a save file with the taxman on Wednesday night. Dilan's and hospital works, but the sexshop scene didn't come up. But the odd thing is that scene come up with my v03 save (after gym scene). Checked it again, the phone notification didn't alert me, but the message was there.
Just a technical detail, when you are filming a video you cannot see through the viewfinder, the image is seen on the lcd monitor.

Go to Downtown location. There is a red-orange door near the letter post box.
