Having said that. I suspect there will be an opportunity in the future, to row back much of Anna's corruption, when a cure for her condition becomes available. So it's not inevitable that she's going to end up as a debased whore. There will be 'happier', more conventional endings for her.

The thing is, most patrons of the game, want Anna to be this way. That's why they support the game. This is the apotheosis of what they've been waiting for, for the last 7 years. So you and others may not like it. But then you're probably not patrons, so it doesn't really matter. You can criticise the game till the cows come home and it won't make any difference. Because the people that do matter, are loving it.
This doesn't have to be the greatest game ever made, with a Pulitzer Prize winning plot. The Devs never promised that 'Anna Exciting Affection' would be Art, they promised it would be an entertaining fuckfest, and that's what they're delivering. And ultimately that's all that matters!
Anna has accepted that she's a slut, and that means people like Jeremy have less and less leverage over her. In Chapter 1, she didn't want to be that way and worried how other people would react if they found out. But as soon as she decided to do porn, and work as a bar whore for Patrick, it became inevitable that they would. And since she made the choice to do those things, it means she's crossed a threshold, where she can't be in denial any longer. She's doing all this stuff, not because she's being forced to do it, but because she wants to. And once you recognise that, then everything changes.
Anna has always been a strong person, and without her condition, she would naturally have resisted all the blackmail and coercion that takes place during Chapter 1. But her condition makes her weak, and so she gives in to it, and as result she becomes a slut. And once she accepts that about herself, that weakness just evaporates, and with it all the leverage to blackmail her. Her condition has changed her as a person. She no longer believes that being slutty is bad, and she doesn't care if people think she's a slut, because she's making a ton of money from being one.

Unfortunately yes, because the saves from the Sandbox version and the VN version are not compatible. I had the same bitter experience a few months ago.

All the content is only reachable if you follow the logic of CH1 and if there is any difference in the dialogues or scenes they are only marginal and meaningless things
I'm glad you finally realized that the sandbox version is not worth playing.... you can't even go back to previous versions... because the old saves don't work!!!

Yeah, but if you want your own customised playthrough, that's not much use. With the VN version, your own saves always work. Whereas on the sandbox version, that's often not the case. And the sandbox version doesn't work for me at all, beyond a certain point. So I switched to the VN version permanently.
For some reason, the sandbox version doesn't work for some people, and the Devs currently don't know why. They think it might be caused by some incompatibility with Windows 11. And if that's the case, it's out of their hands. I've certainly had quite a few ongoing issues with Windows 11, since it was released. Not a big fan of it, at all.

If you read it you will understand why you missed a very important scene in the plot...it is Jeremy telling one that he wants to expand his business in Africa China and the Middle East...this is an important scene in the first chapter that anticipates what Anne will do for Jercomp anyway...whether Jeremy is alive or dead....
I think you missed a very important rise...and I don't see why you want to fight with me since I'm just telling you about this game
