It seems there will be a harem option through the "lustful" route, but I think the "love" route will be difficult. Even so, it appears that if you have enough hearts, many girls will forgive infidelity in exchange for taking some away, so a harem route isn't impossible, but it is very difficult.
"Ley of the Land" is a prerequisite. So if you skip Maxine in favor of the sporty blonde then you won't have access to any Maxine content in this update. Same with Jackie I suppose.
You have to have chosen her over Lindsey when given the game changer choice. Which suuuuuuuuucks as someone pursuing Jacklyn in their "canon" playthrough.
