tbh the quests you can do after finishing the main one make it seem like there will be no coherent story but plenty of porn.

Man, after playing the game, i feel like this whole relationship between Bella and Ike doesn't exist, actually, the whole game at first seems a bit off road, they appear in a different world, the queen doesn't notice different behavior, Rose doesn't notice different behavior, the boyfriend is a cum sock that appears to be the only sane person there, trying to at first, figure out what happened, the girlfried behavior is a complete mess and oblivious of what is happening, she had seem her boyfriend on the stable after used as cum dump by a horse and Rose, and that's it, nothing else, the game is cool, is almost on point but seems that the point is heading the wrong direction, if you want to develop a isekai, first you have to understand human behavior, your body changed, strange people are talking to you, you do not understand what's happening, your brain need to process the whole information, the whole reality and it seems that all that happened is hollow, nothing is matching a actual behavior, i mean, it's a porn game, no need to stretch out those points at all, after all, everything could or will end up in sex, but at least trying to make it feel like "OMG, i don't know where i am, i don't know what happened to my body, there's strange people looking for me, i don't know what have happened and i don't know what i'll do or what they'll do to me and my boyfriend if something goes off the road and they end up discovering", so at the end, you just feel pity for Ike, you feel nothing for the main character, nothing for the side characters (Except for Rose, you want to beat her up and hang her on a horse with his cock shoved deep inside her), but nothing else matters, the only character that you develop something for, is Ike and it's the worst feeling possible, that is guilty and pity, "Did i really pleasured myself to that? I feel bad, even more than after beating for some random porn on internet".
Not to detract from the rest of your criticism, but I just want to point out the people in the fantasy realm don't notice anything "odd" about Bella and Ike because their fantasy counterparts seemed to have a history of suffering from "amnesia" at times.
This is probably one of the game's mysteries, but if I had to guess I would say that their history of "amnesia" is them getting possessed by a new couple that got transported from the real world to the fantasy world, their new personalities make them act odd for a while but eventually they settle into their roles with the woman being a renowed alpha futa and the man being her trap slave/sidekick.
The writing of Bella just a mess in general which is kind of an issue when the art ranges from extremely mediocre to outright bad.
Like Ike says Bella is super kind, wouldn't hurt a fly, etc. She then proceeds to openly mock him for being jealous when she 1 shots the bugs because he's become a literal slave and she's superman. If she's the kindest person he knew, who the fuck else did he hang with? Satan? She plays it off like its a joke that he was just, in his own words, 'tortured', is a slave and weak as shit. This is before she sees him vomit cum, since he just tells her it was 'torture' on the horse. Which she waits until they're on and nearly at their destination before even asking him about.
Then she sees that and she just thinks ''oh that's kind of embarrasing''. And never brings it up. She's supposed to be a kind person and her boyfriend is weak, vulnerable, got tortured and is fucking throwing up cum on the ground right next to her, and she just casually dismisses it.
She's also supposed to be smart, but its consistently Ike who comes up with every single actually smart idea and she just dismisses them all because 'me swole we be okay'.
I suppose the idea is that she's getting too into her 'i won the super power lottery' existence, but its all too fast. So she just instantly becomes a horrible, self-centered, pushy person who seem to actively go out of her way to make Ike feel like shit and shut down all his ideas, regardless of how smart they are. So she doesn't feel like the kind, smart person she's stated to be falling into becoming a dumb amazon, she just skips the fall. She starts out as dumb amazon and we're just informed that's not the case.
Every issue they run into here is a result of Bella being a fucking moron.
The only consistent attitude trait we're told she has and she actually displays is being shy.
Ike in comparison is decently well done. We're told he was the more active, not shy guy, and he acts like it. People consistently get shocked about his new attitude. He, in the post-game, decides fuck this stupid gay ass poorly written world, I'll just become swole anyways. At least he tries.
He doesn't just instantly becoming a submissive little cuck boy, he gets outright raped, multiple times in a row, then decides to 'repay' bella by sucking her cock, before finding traps are into that. Its a natural progression with the only questionable part being him deciding to repay bella when literally all she's done all game is be an asshole.
He feels like a guy who's been dropped into a world that expects him to be someone he's not, who rebels against it and gets pushed down by how cruel the world is to his kind.
Bella feels like an asshole who is an asshole and always was an asshole but we're just told otherwise.
Its why its a shame the post-game is Ike. I want to see more Bella so she can be fleshed out more. And she has the bigger dick. But instead we just see Ike get ground down more, when that was already pretty thoroughly covered in act 1.

I say, the game is amazing, there isn't much to it yet, the sex scenes are cool but the story telling, the writting, the change of scenes, the evolution of the characters and their behavior is poorly planned, like trying to resume a whole book in 15 lines and you start writting all content that is inside the book, cutting off a lot of things to make it fit on those 15 lines and you miss out by a mile, everything is messed and put out of place, like you resume the pages 1 to 10, resume the last pages 50 to 60, then the it go back to pages 11 to 20 and ends with the page 21 to page 49.
Why are the Android files messed up, it is in a bunch of folders rather than an Apk file. How do I install that on my phone?

download the PC version and use joiplayer for android with renpy and rpggame plugin. that should do it

The dev posted on Patreon that he doesn't have the time to work on the game so he gave a link to download the game files if anyone wants to continue the game. Don't know if this game should be considered abandoned or on hold.
