Most of the time if tentacles are included in the game's tags it would certainly mean rape-and-go scenarios. Are there any games where the tentacle(monster) is not an agressor but rather one of the interactable npc/follower with consensual sex options? Searched literally the entire internet to no avail, starting to think I will have to make one of such games myself.

only one i can think of atm is Noxian Nights where u can get tentacle as a follower early on

There is one tentacle follower in RoundScape, you get him quite early i think but he doesn't have many scenes i guess
