Though there is a mistake in the progress tracker on their website as 5/10 scenes done should actually be 10/10 scenes done as all scenes are completed and only 2 tasks are left to be completed.

The scenes all have a blue dot, so without outside information, this means he is in the middle of doing them, not done with them. Since the beginning of the tracker, worked on scenes were counted as half done - therefore 5/10 is correct unless he stated they were done elsewhere and just didn't update the tracker altogether.

Huh. Not into trans stuff, so I was definitely intending to turn down any actual romantic relationship with her (though never got the chance in this version) but Nea is cute af, not gonna lie. I may have spent a couple extra moments knocking Eric around.

It looks like the game's a bit low on content, but it also looks like it's a bit of a slow burn. One thing that does make me wonder is how much stuff is gated behind Nea and Evelyn - if people aren't into trans/traps or lolis, are they kinda fucked or what? It's like the whole VN centers around MC's relationship, romantic or otherwise, with Nea.

I guess it's cool though since the story's shockingly good for a porn game.

It's only at v3 though - so much more content to come.
Nea isn't bound to the patch, you can always choose her to be a LI, friend or ignored.
While there previously was some content that had requirements from the patch, if I remember correctly, those should all be gone now.
From a technical perspective, the handling of patch content without the patch is done by the game just skipping those events when you click on them right now - so no separate branches (same if you ignore Nea completely).
The events being completely separated from other event chains/characters also leads to the 'problem' right now, that MCs interactions with the teacher seem a little odd because they don't really fit his personality as portrayed up until now. It feels like that character should come later in the game - but with no requirements in place to start a path or certain events, you can jump right in.
And you're right, while Luxee added options to avoid Nea, as far as I know, this VN is the result of Luxee wanting to do something with/about a trans character. So while you can ignore her now, I would suggest staying her friend if you don't want her to be a LI, so you can still experience her part of the VN.
And you can 'turn down' a romantic relationship with Nea in the current version - by not peeking at her when she changes at your apartment. Not saying you might also be able to do/redo that again later on though.

If you have downloaded the uncompressed version you'll need to download the compressed one and replace the .exe files from the uncompressed one with the compressed ones and the game should run for you.

I do worry she's going to get heartbroken when she's turned down though.

I have a feeling that staying Neas' friend will keep the option for her to still become a LI, later on, open for at least some time. And with no real separate branches, but skippable scenes for content you choose to not have in your game, right now the Nea scenes should be pretty much identical between the friend and LI paths - I mean you can still hug a girl and find her cute without her being a LI even if that is somewhat unusual for an erotic/porn game (I'm just her friend too, so I haven't really looked into the LI path).

And yes, the teacher is hot - for me it just feels like the MC has already developed beyond the set of mind, personality, and experience he is portrayed with in all the other interactions so far - like that should be a chapter 100 pages later in the story.

Edit: Not long ago it was discussed around here whether the MC was still a virgin himself - and then out of the blue he acts towards the teacher as he did in that scene - I feel like there is missing some development inbetween.

I have heard that it's also caused by some icon picture that is used with the .exe file. I have made back-ups of the 2 .exe files from the compressed file and use them whenever I hit that error with other games.

It seems like that to me too. Generally I have nothing against the scene. But it seems to me that it was inserted far too early, simply to reassure people who want to see the first bare skin as soon as possible. I hope the scene will be pushed a little further back with future updates so that it makes sense in terms of the story

I think once there's good room to do so it should be scooted further in, yes.

Perhaps replace it with a side-girl who sucks MC off before vanishing forever, if we need an early smut-scene: which to be fair, is good practice when it comes to porn games. Setting player expectations is at it's best when it's right out the gate and within an hour or so of play the effectiveness very quickly drops off. Having a sex scene really early is a good thing. But I agree the way the teachers' scene is handled comes off as strange. A wet dream would be another option. MC dreaming about one of the girls riding him in bed would probably do the work best - you could even use Nea for this, although I dunno what it'd do to the narrative structure around her being trans so it's a bit risky.

In the end though I mostly would just like more content with the Teacher - particularly the CNC content we got in the first scene, which is one of few examples I can think of where the sex is actually CNC. Although kind of shoddily done since they never established a safeword... Ah well.

Don't forget that A69's story already happened or at least a big chunk of it and MC is only telling it to someone.
So Lux could go ahead and throw in scenes of a pregnant harem orgy with all the girls and it would still make sense.

I think the teacher was a bit off as well. I also think we could have had some random college girl blow us on her last day before flunking out and returning to her home country so we get early, easy lewd scene with a person not needing development or connection.

I agree. There is another scene used to fill in the empty sexual relationship of the MC, which pisses me off. When two girls are the romantic targets of the MC, they first meet and have a little chat and spend the night together having fun with each other. I don't mind that the girl is worthy of conquest. I don't mind that the girls spend their time alone with each other without the MC. But when you're sweating for so many chapters, still not getting your reward for your efforts, and then just one evening of communication and a couple of glasses of wine were enough to get everything at once(not for MC) - such moments are a little depressing.
