It's not just an issue of the larger cup size that isn't comprised of silicone. It's that the supposedly 'real' tits are either a) unnaturally perky as if they're still in a push-up bra or b) sagging so low that they can comfortably sit on the woman's thighs while seated. Because I've seen plenty of women with huge boobs in real life, and it's closer to the latter case every time. That's what happens with huge tits and no bra. The only time I've seen where you get women with huge tits that are still even slightly perky is when they're younger than 25 years old. That's why having smaller breasts for women is not only healthier long term (no back problems), but it's more attractive long term (no saggy tits).

And here's the salient point: The boobs depicted in this game aren't DD or even E (with the exception of Liora). Hell, Ava's aren't even G cup size. They're bigger even than that. I'm going to assume this is directed at me, since I was asking that question. I wasn't trying to change anyone's mind, and not once did I ask the dev to change their models.
