You get the option to just ignore them. So no need to fight 'em. Or make sure you get and fuck a harem girl before the end of week 2 and the aliens won't bother you.

If we ignore them they just come and destroy the planet cause the MC didn't give them good material for their porn business.
And I believe I did his Mom before they destroyed the planet anyway, go figure.
Maybe she wasn't on the Alien Bucketlist or something.

Once they destroy the planet, you get a message asking you whether you want to ignore it or not. So that's AFTER. You didn't wait for it to come on the screen perhaps?

First of all, you can ignore the official end and keep on playing.
It's an "official" end for two reasons:
1) there will be a time-limit eventually to reach Trumpf City.
2) there are new Supreme White House messages every week and I've rendered only 8 of them so far. So 8 weeks worth of messages...

You can continue playing after you hit the end of week 8, there is an option given once you are at that point so no worries, it'll always have the sandbox element. The developer just means that all the stuff that's currently doable in the game you can round up in 8 weeks game time so the game 'officially' runs up to week 8.

Edit: the game developer already gives a sound reasoning aswell.

Sandbox games still have endings, the story can't go on forever.

Sandbox only means you can do what you want within the setting not that it's going to go on forever.

In order to get into the strip club you need to be a member of the Road Warriors (as in 5 points for the Road Warriors, be a member) and know the password and have some cash to get in. The bouncer can't be beaten by force so far.

Gee, you're annoying you know that? You clearly haven't even played the game yet and you're just moaning about the changelog... Well, at least you've read it, lol.
For your information, there are TWO OFFICIAL SCOUTS (Penny and Bella). You have to go with one of them on each scouting mission and that IS random.
Then, you might have a number of harem girls (6 max so far), and you can choose, ON TOP OF going with either Bella or Penny, to go with one of them too.
