There are extra Melania and Ivanka scenes where they bare all, but not with the MC obviously, since they are in Trumpf City and nobody knows where the hell that is....

Trump only appears at the beginning of the game and is mentioned a few times after that, but it's getting more and more diluted by new events and encounters where he's NOT MENTIONED AT ALL.
Also, you can become a trumpster in the game if you feel so enclined and like the orange man-baby...

How do you plan on playing stuff that isn't implemented? Unless I'm confused by your question. 4 weeks is plenty of time to do the stuff that is in the game

In fact four weeks is rather long. If you go about it efficiently there is only about three weeks of content. So the dev has left plenty of time. And repeating scenes stops being interesting after some time. Eg after 5 visits to the Black Widow you can no longer get points for it, so what would be the point?
I assume there will be more events that only take place at specific times. The only way to fail the game currently is to not get Zara. There are multiple quests that you can at least start
But right now only real restriction is that you are required to attend school twice a week. Which is kind of a bummer because very little else has been implemented with your classmates.
