I took the version in the OP and applied patch v5:

The filename in the OP has v3 on it, so I assume this is later and I used the now standard Kagura versioning.
When I play it on Joiplay the intro scene seems to stutter, like the game is running very slowly

Yeah, that fog overlay effect seems to run very slowly. I don't know that I can fix it unfortunately.

Today on twitter announced: "Apasle of the Rebellion" is being produced in good faith!
I think we can probably release it in August or September of this year!
We will deliver it with "laughing ants, tear ants, boobs ants" set in the near future city called Neo Eden in 2200, so stay tuned!

you say eat to get word fragments gold? but i have run almost all of them map in level 1-2-3 but almost didn't get some of gold than black or red always.. annoying!

How the heck do you get Exorcism Drink for the Old Man, I cannot for the love of god find it anywhere, at all!
Found an issue with the character portraits as seen below:
*It's a slight inconvenience but kinda funny how Mika appears to be hiding with her portrait moved over to the right edge.
